Manufacture
The Manufacture begins at the moment in which we go out to the field in search of some of the plants that are essential for its production [harvesting]. The next step is drying. This is done in a ventilated room with little light. Once we have the simples prepared for use, we proceed to the maceration.
This is the stage where the active ingredients are extracted from the raw plant materials. The temperature should never exceed the 60º C so as not to damage the properties. Then we add the beeswax. The elaboration is completed with the rest of the components and filtered.
The whole process takes between 24 and 48 Hours.
This type of slow production has the advantage of keeping the organoleptic properties intact and the final result is a lovely characteristic mountain smell.
